1.57 is a 63% chance that City will become champions. I could accept such chances if there were a few rounds left until the end of the championship, but giving such an advantage to any team before the start of the championship ... looks like a mistake.
Haaland effect, I suppose?
With Haaland arriving at the club, I don't think he is the kind of player Pep is going to bench for some midfielder like he used to do to Jesus. Without major injuries across the season. Haaland is the kind of striker that can guarantee City at least 20 goals.

Attaining 4 titles in the last 5 seasons, also shouldn't be under looked;

One player cannot guarantee anything. And in the case of Haaland, it is still unknown how his adaptation will develop + whether there will be injuries, lately in Dortmund he suffered a lot from them.
