Keep in mind that the OP has been banned prior to this. Felix unbanned him maybe out of consideration that he's an active player before. When they found out he's just going to claim rains and use that to gamble, they decided to ban him again (and probably for good). To be honest, I'm not sure if that reason is enough for what they did because his case is quite peculiar compared to regular players.
I saw that mate and as a player, I won’t accept that as consideration if I spend huge amount for wagering while they ban me for just claiming the benefits that I earned through gambling and burning my money. I’m not really familiar on the Gamdom terms for there VIP benefits but they should set a restriction or condition for there VIP players on claiming there VIP rewards instead of banning them them for things that there system allows unless OP is doing something to dodge there system security.
