so basically the environment will determine a person's fate on their nature if their environment is mostly gamblers maybe sooner or later someone will be affected by the name of gambling, but if the environment does not have gamblers I don't think it is possible that someone will fall into gambling.

Exactly. The more contact you have with something, more prone you will be to consume that for your life. That is all about the social environment of your conversations, the physical environment of your way to work which pass in front of a gambling house, the virtual environment which constantly bombards you with gambling ads and video suggestions.
