It's actually true that we have been receiving so many crashes and bear market in this current year and it would take longer time for them to even recover from this crashes. FUD is nothing short of a bunch of people hoping their coin savings make it a profit for themselves. so to be precise we have to wait for the next botcoin halving in 2024 which will bring the coin's fortune to recover with new ATH.

I don't think we go by halvings anymore because BTC has steadily been losing market dominance. I think we see a pump in Q3/Q4 in Altcoins like MATIC and ICP and microcaps 0xMR and DRC because the Democrats will pump the market before their mid-term elections so they keep control over the government. A bad economy will ensure they don't get re-elected.

The earlier people start, bottom of the altcoin price with the arrival of the bull season, the pump will be dumped by the earlier starters. sometimes the process of increasing the pump is a normal thing that throws it first which will make an update every time ATH occurs. this is hard no one can stop it because everyone has a different investment personality.
