You have to consider the TOS above, so mirrorlink will not be useful if it is built to solve the problem of users in restricted areas, it is the same as giving free space for VPN users to abuse the specified requirements. Imo

Mirror links are not built to solve the problem of users who are residing in restricted areas, they are built as an emergency measure if ever the main site experiences some problem. And somehow, users find it easier to connect with Mirror links than the main one so they prefer using them. And I am sure if ever users from blacklisted countries use it to access the game, they will be banned if they were found out.
