If I personally see a project I will first look at the manager and project team then I review what concepts are being developed monitor the progress of the project I mean the project team is consistent in developing the project if they are consistent will update on telegram or twitter how far they are developing their projects and they will answer questions from members or investors that is my experience as long as I monitor the project.

developtment progress was important to see how serious they build projects, alot fake developers team only want our money and they just bring their project to shit exchanges so we were harmed due bad market response. Alot key indicator that usually used to analize project , developers team, utility that will build, tokenomic be common indicator to analize.
