La Liga will start next week and there is still time for them to do better preparations, but from some of the issues that exist at least say that Barcelona have problems. I personally don't really look further, it's just that, if the problem is true and there is no solution in the near future then we can't see Barcelona's new signings on the field. This is not a licensing issue but still a financial issue, of course it will be a very unfortunate problem if La Liga really does punish Barcelona ahead of the start of the season.
