Signing players are too expensive in this transfer window,but if Chelsea's could get this deal done,he will be a marquee signing for the blues who are looking for attacking options that will boost their squad.They lack a sharp attacker,and they need to look for one that is very sharp and sign before the window closes,if not,they might end up not being in the top four this season.

Wesley Fofana is a capable defender but he is obviously not worth 80 million, yes, this amount was decided by Leicester City because they really do not want to let him go
