It looks that the administration gave a chance to the OP but he did the same things. So they even don`t change ban reason. And in the start post i see strange words about referral deals. May be it is possible but it sounds like cheating.
And the trust of the OP says that he often tell fables. 2 reputable members confirms it and i believe them.

I see no reason for the op to be banned before he got his second ban because he said he was wagering? So it means he is also depositing and I think he can't possibly get that huge amount of rain if he don't deposit big and wager big.

If the admin has a problem with the op, then why not do something like confiscate the rain amount and then exclude him in the rain list. That was possible and already done on the other site that I am playing right now. Lots of people there complain that they can't get rains anymore despite depositing actively then hitting the wager threshold to be eligible for rain drops. No need to ban the op's account.
