As far as I know, Barcelona paid for the complete transfer of Raphinha with the deal they made when they made their offer to Leeds United.
Barcelona do have some issues that need to be resolved before next season starts and those issues appear to be just Financial Fair Play.
I also don't know exactly whether Barcelona will pay in installments or pay off the transfers of several new players this season including Raphinha, to be honest it's not that important to me. Barcelona have to get up and fix all the negative responses to him and that has to do with proving prestigious this season. Some of their new signings are very supportive of Xavi's optimism about the title, they are Lewandowski, Raphinha, Dembele and many more.
The financials are known to be bad, they have to sell their broadcasting rights to bring in new players and maybe I can think Barcelona are not in debt to sign Raphinha, Lewandowski and Kounde. Despite all those problems, I optimistically think that it will be over before the season starts. Alonso has reached another deal with Barcelona, he will be the next signing despite negative accusations pouring in.
