It may never happen, too many people are waiting for such price target and I feel like this time around they will become sitting ducks for a long period of time, market will dump after the Ethereum merge hype is done for but not as much as many thoughts.

You are wrong, haven't you heard about 100s of BTC that's about to be released into the market? I heard the rumours and I think this is what will cause the second probably the final leg down in this bear market.
