Yes, indeed he should directly contact the parties concerned and take responsibility for the problems he has received. Not forgetting that he also has to provide concrete and detailed evidence so that the truth of his accusations really happened.
One of the most important proofs is that he must include screenshots of the several deposits he has made and the total amount he has deposited on the platform.
Maybe some users don't really believe it even though he has provided screenshots of the chat with related parties, but the screenshots he shows are still lacking in detail and don't cover the whole of the root cause.
If there are a lot of victims out there because the platform doesn't pay the whole thing then surely there are also a lot of posts in this thread saying a similar accusation.
