Like we said, we have asked SandBox to handle your case, but their incompetence to fix the issue in time makes us mad too.
If you feel that the sandbox is incompetent in dealing with this problem and it makes you mad don't you have the right to terminate the partnership? and prohibit those casinos from using your software because their inability makes your reputation into question, and it may be a consideration for your service to include in the software sales rules that anything that happens to casinos that use your software is not your responsibility
We are in that position already. We have urged SandBox to reply to us on this matter.
The thing is we host the software, but we do not control their software.
The last thing we want to do at the moment is stop SandBox service without his confirmation.
Also we do have that Indemnity clause, but apparently people does not value that.
