He meant the giveaway bonus of the streamer which is a limited only to a certain number of viewers that can claim the bonus. Most of the streamers use the first come first serve basis on giving bonus to it’s viewers so if you have a slow internet connection then you will obviously left behind by others who already claim all the bonus available. Although some streamers use lucky draw on there giveaways like Drake but Eddie’s way is different and you should be quick if you want to get some.

Personally, It’s very hard to win any kind of bonus on popular streamers giveaway due to tough competition with there huge viewers. They are all watching for a sole purpose of enjoying the stream and win some extra cash at the same time in the form of giveaways.
