No. If 10 out of the 300 inputs that are used in CoinJoin are "tainted" according to the chain analysis company, they can't file a lawsuit to every user who's part of the CoinJoin, that's just nonsense. Zero protection there.
As illustrated by Tornado's sanction, will exchanges and other services really accept all those outputs that can be connected to Tornado? I believe they will not take that risk.
