Yes Ancelotti really trusts the squad at the club, it's very realistic to see the players who are at Real Madrid at the moment. They are players who have a very good vision of the game, supported by the experience they have that makes them even better. I'm sure most people have the same opinion of Real Madrid, even every season.
In terms of achievement, they can't be doubted that they have a myriad of achievements (as a team). The young players they have are also playing as expected.

@Jody.Drummer honestly I feel that it’s a big gamble, and if any one or two of their big player’s get injured they won’t have a good season. Furthermore they’re planning to sell Casemiro to Manchester United, and I don’t think they’ll replace him which is another risky transfer from my point of view.
