At first, you tried to prove me as an abuser in your replies. Then you started to ignore me. Which wasn't a good behaviour from you at the moment.
Anyway, BTCGOSU hasn't launched their mediation center yet. So, it is reasonable to not have an experience of their mediation service. I just submitted a complaint on Askgamblers, it may take up to 96 hours to see the complaint live there. BTW, I don't have experience of using the services of Askgamblers. I will use the mediation service of BTCGOSU if I don't get much help from there.
