Your strategy is good if you use pumps and dumps of meme coins, but meme coins are very sensitive because it's just community hype unlike common projects which grows out of the utility and usability factor of coin holders, so you should be careful buying shib coins even if the price is lowest.

It is true that meme coins hype is short lived and it doesn't sustain for long because those who pump it book their profit on peak and take exit from market. Dollar cost average (DCA) strategy is very good and it always works for Top 20 coins but you should entry when price of the coin/token you are willing to buy is down at 25 to 30% and never buy at least in 3 steps.
