I don't know about Cavani, but I remember Suarez having a few moments like that, in which he would basically just win the match by himself.

Also, I'm not sure Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will perform at their peak in this World Cup, as they're already almost retired. Still amazing players, but not sure they're at their peak today.

I know what you are talking about. 2010 World cup, quarter final match between Ghana and Uruguay. But it was very controversial. Suarez made a foul, which prevented Ghanaian player from scoring. He got a red card for that, but the penalty kick was saved by the Uruguay goalkeeper.
