oh man, this game when i was a kid and really nostalgic. I agree if there is an online casino that can actually come up with this kind of game. Because the positive point as you said requires accuracy and balance. But I'm not sure the casino provides this game if in betting it would be quite difficult to win.

This is only possible if casino will implement motion sensor on this game because this requires movement of the device to adjust the ring movement on the water. This is very hard to convert into gambling if you want to play it as is gameplay because there’s a motion involved. Maybe a slot type game is possible which shoot the ring every time a certain pattern was unlock but this will be just another slot games without no skills required.
