You are lucky you received something, I just tried placing some bets and I don't see any free bet in my account.
I should receive $50 free bet for correctly predicting six matches, so I just sent question to support and I am waiting for them to reply.
I know Majestic7 new season just started but they should really fix this issue.

You have to go under your account, then bonuses and then activate your free bet there. Hope it helps.

I had a problem with that as well, I have seen the free bet there but I thought it was some other offer since it was not in the right amount.
