Why don't you complete KYC first, and if after completing KYC you can't still withdraw, then you can now complain about any inconvenience, as far as i know Fortunejack is not the only casino that requests for verification, if they have changed their policy to include it, i feel customers have to comply or choose another casino.

This case does not have enough proof for you to say Fortunejack does steal coins from people, because that is a serious allegation, the op of that topic has not provided strong evidence for any member to verify what they said.
