And I really don't understand how Italy comes in the picture. For heaven's sake they haven't even qualified for the world cup. There was some discussion on Ecuador getting disqualified and Italy entering the world cup as replacement. But FIFA has rubbished such claims. And I am sure that it will be tough for Germany and Spain to progress to the semi-finals stage.

@Sithara007 I too was baffled to read when he chose to put Italy for a contender, and either he believed the rumours or he hasn’t been updated with who qualified for the World Cup. Lastly I feel that you’re right because these two teams are no longer considered dangerous like they were in the past, hence we should consider wagering on them only if odds are good and they show decent form in their previous matches.
