The market start recovering with the completion of this event then starts pumping the next year so we should be expecting a pump in 2025 and not 2024. Bitcoin halving reduce the circulation of new coins coming into the market which drives up the competition of investors looking to buy Bitcoin to hold for profit. As more investors buy and hold their Bitcoin, that means there's less available for trading and the law of demand and supply comes into action.
Price increase when there's more demand then supply of a commodity or currency and since Bitcoin can be classified as both the price will increase with the demand increasing. Bitcoin was created perfectly, as every four years we'll be having less new Bitcoin until all Bitcoin has been mined completely.
