No one won't say this which time is best for investing because crypto market is unpredictable what's happening no one know this so better way is always take small entery when market goes down and try to sell in parts when you're in profit

In reality, most people agree that the bearish season is the best time to invest or buy crypto coins. Now, we are in the bearish season and all crypto coin prices have dropped drastically, even some coins dropped more than 90% from their ATH. Of course, this bearish season is the right time to buy if the goal is to sell the coins in the next bullish season. I know that crypto market is sometimes unpredictable, but if we learn the market trend (bearish/bullish period) every 4 years, it is clear that 2024-2025 is the time of the next bullish season.
