yeah, know the limits and abilities you have, but not only that, often the environment around you plays a big role in being grateful, for example those who are in war zones (such as Ukraine, etc.) or who are experiencing natural disasters (such as floods in Pakistan etc) must have had a big disappointment towards life.

whatever happens "try" to be grateful and don't think too hard!!!

Uncontentedment is human nature. We always strive for better and more despite having enough. Greediness actually lacks blessings and will make our eyes blind for us not to see and appreciate the good things that we have in life. It's fine to strive for better things but expecting too much especially the impossible things that we want to reach will only reach to disappointments. Being grateful is actually the key to a contented and happy life.
