They just make account whenever there is such issues and when it's resolved only few of them update and thanks the team and community for the support and resolving the issue while others maintain the silent bars.I already knew they would never do such things because if they can give away so much in promotion, giveaway and contest would they be blocking his small amount of funds? But it's good if it's resolved.

The easy way of making an account on bitcointalk will be making bitcointalk as a spam heaven. What we need to realize already is that signature campaigns have this "reputation" power that gives to business ideas.

First of all, if you do a bounty and give out "tokens" that worth nothing and invite 100 people from jr.member to legendary and you assume that it would be amazing because people will get paid a lot but for the business it will be 100+ people going around writing spam then signature campaign is a horrible idea which will make "real" investors and gamblers stay away from you and not enjoy you. HOWEVER, if you are real and pay with USDT or BUSD or BTC whatever, a real coin, then you will end up with 20-30 real people who will actually make you reputable and liked by everyone.
