Spending money in gambling machines has a good percent of winning so without a doubt those gambler get addicted these kind of game.
There is a percentage to win but I think it isn't a good percentage because there are far more players who lost than won. Even in history, we can find lots of people suffer losses in gambling while only a few had a good wins.
