When someone is about to withdraw and not yet verified, they'll ask you with that. But we cannot do anything with that.
Before, they've been popular and not really compliant and pushy for KYC but it's not only them but majority of the casinos do it these days.
Well, at least before doing that, they should have informed their customers first.
As I could not win I have no idea that they will ask it for legit user too. And after verification of my kyc they made everything normal. But after probably 1 day they have made my limit of betting on cricket. On their support they told me that their odd provider limited my bet limit and they have nothing to do. While I have bet for 100$ (example) then if they limit it to 0.05$ then there is no meaning to operate the account. When anyone win they will limit bet amount but when lose they never limit bet amount.
