The ponzi scheme is considered cheating in most of the world and the law punishes those who do!. you do with the BTC because it is completely anonymous and there is no name to be punished ....

the fact remains that 99% of the ponzi scam is because the administrator is dishonest but in this case it was honest and the game is stalled due to the nature of the game.

if you do not want to have accidents do not pass through a red light
if you do not want to die in a duel fire
