I am glad that you agree that what you say is not financial advice since your "down before up" is pretty damned extreme... getting as low as $4k whoaza.. that is even lower than the multiples of dweebs expecting $12k or $13k.. .. makes those $12-$13k guys look like bulltards, relatively speaking.
