Good design is just useless for an exchange. I mean there is no point in the design if the exchange turns out to be a fake exchange.
Rather before choosing the exchange, it would be great if you can do a background research of the exchange.
There are many exchanges present in the market, but we should choose the one which has easy interface and are there in the market for long time.
