Maybe try to post this on the service section, but you'll need to pay with bitcoin first, and then talk to them about more collaboration with your equity or whatever it is later. You won't get a good application if it's just an empty promise. If I were looking for development work for cash, I could do that here with the services section (or Upwork or Fiverr, where I usually source Ad Hoc development I can not get from my current contractors).

I am also seeking commitment from the developers I work with so they are on board for the long haul and the giant valuation boom.

That was my purpose in talking about equity. I know most developers are starving ( Cheesy

) and have no desire to break into actual retirement on a Unicorn push.

My post is not purely to seek developers; I am looking for criticisms or "you are doing something way behind the ball" comments.
