The sooner you assume that you have to improve your posts at least in some cases, the better. For me there is someone who has identified you as a low quality poster and will keep going through your post history to see what you write to report it.

I will agree with you of going to my profile to check my post and also report it, but you know that the post you don't like another person will see post and like it. So what is low quality post to you might be a big information to another person. The person going to my profile to check my post is not benefiting nothing.

Assuming that it's a few posted deleted i will agree that it's a low quality, but this person deliberately visiting my profile frequently to report what i have written. I think it's bad. Because theirs no way you will tell me that out of five post made all are low qualities. You will see that i next few hours this conversation will be deleted. I don't know if they actually know the one that's low quality and quality post before reporting. Because your haters can desperately continuously reporting you and mod will think that they right ànd delete your Post,
