Lewandowski is a one of best strikers so losing him means a loss for Bayern but Bayern did not let he goes without a good replacement. They had Mane and so far Mane has adapted and played very well in Bayern. He also has good experience in Champions League with Bayern.

The problems with Bayern come from their whole team and old players. They are trying to replace old players by younger ones in past few seasons and the transition is still going. It has yet finished and with any transition, it's unrealistic to require stable performance. Mane can play well but the result will be contributed by other players as well. In general, the quality and performance of Bayern is a bit decreased than their best few seasons ago.

We will see in the second match that will be held in the next few days whether Bayern will still continue their dominance and H2H over Barcelona or indeed they have to admit that Lewandowski's figure can be a barrier for them.
But seriously it will be a very emotional thing for Lewandowski if he is able to score a goal let alone win this match.
