Matches for this weekend were postponed, and every kind of open or outdoor activity halt as well. That's at least 2 days off because of the death of the queen. Maybe even more coming to the next week, keep mounting for the of the queen. Just seems a waste of all the mounting, halting everything for over a long period of time because of the death of the queen. England takes the death of the queen seriously and anyone that wasn't Brits really doesn't get it. Guess Brits want to take a break while the world keeps on going.
The positive impact of the postponement is of course very good for the players to be more stable and prepare themselves for the next match. Because then there is no longer any reason to see sub-optimal performance. At least with the delay Chelsea also has time with its new coach. Including Liverpool, Man City and the following clubs whose schedules were disrupted.

You are right especially Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United who have just lost in the International league so they need to recover mentally for the match in the local league. More specifically between Liverpool and Chelsea who will fight in the following week, in addition to fighting over 3 points, both teams are also risking their pride no one wants to lose.
