Going through the provided link it looks like this is being highlighted during the previous match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Previously Bangladesh players have used this during the Bangladesh league that is being played within the country. This isn't followed by any other countries and it looks like a flagship dance of the Bangladesh players.
