I'm a little confused as to why the OP is thinking of buying this account where he can buy for free. There are also different procedures if there are restrictions in his country. He can easily get an account whenever he wants. Bet 365 must be KYC. Here you can't withdraw without KYC. But it is not difficult. So the OP's offer makes me suspicious. Why does he want to purchase the account?

Op are not offer to bought account actually . Here op says that he wants to gamble using someone's account where he will take 50% of the gambling winnings and give 50% to the account owner. And he claims that he is a professional gambler which is why he guarantees profits. He is a newbie user so I don't think anyone will accept his offer

No one usually makes an offer like the OP made. But here he may be facing account create or KYC problem or facing any other problems. But anyone can get scammed very easily by getting his offer. I think the OP should be careful and never run a shared account with this kind of gambling.
