I don't know too much about curacao licensing, but i do know that a lot of popular casinos are licensed there.

in my country for any casino to have a license it needs to be located in my country, of course all people from my country can play at any casino in the world, but my point is this: how is a license issued in curacao for an anonymous casino that is located somewhere hidden can be in any way useful? I see a lot of people worrying about leave, but to this day I don't understand what the point of leave is? what use is the license?

in my case when a casino sponsors football or something in the real world, this casino is already reliable because the casino owner is no longer anonymous because as he sponsored things X, Y, Z in the real world he had to reveal his identity, he had to make a commitment, so he won't risk stealing people's money and running away.
