Agree. Since it has nothing to do with crypto, it should be better to post this referral program on job vacancies sites and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc). Make sure to post it in a place where people of various professions possibly read it, not a specific place like this forum. It is not a bad idea to find marketing experts here, but the chance to find proper people to do this job won't be quite high.
