But it is what it what it is, we are very much in the bear season still, and maybe till next year. So if people are going to be stressful, then it will take them years because this bear market will last till 2023, or until the bitcoin block halving. So better cope with it right now.

I think the key here is that you really to know that the crypto is very volatile. Accept that fact and you will be good specially in the long run. But if you think that crypto invested is not riskier then you are wrong and for sure you wll have more sleepless nights because of the bear market. And I'm thinking that crypto investors should really familiarized themselves or get the experience of a full blown bear and bull market.
