Live chat is only a bot that answers automatically so there is no 24/7 staff support that serves it so we still have to go through email to make direct contact with staff but it all takes a long time unlike live chat which is faster.
I don't know why the withdrawal isn't just automatic because it's lower than the limit set but that's a problem at the moment,
I never deposited it and maybe it was automatic, not manual.
