Live chat is only a bot that answers automatically so there is no 24/7 staff support that serves it so we still have to go through email to make direct contact with staff but it all takes a long time unlike live chat which is faster.
Not all live chats are bot, most live chat are real as per my own experience in some casinos.
I can say they are real because they communicate like real human, not just by default messages.
The fact is that live support can help you to answer basic knowledge only, it is rare to see live chat that can help to fix issues because issues are most handled by other related department in the casinos.
I don't know why the withdrawal isn't just automatic because it's lower than the limit set but that's a problem at the moment,
I never deposited it and maybe it was automatic, not manual.
As I can read the whole discussion, it is needed to verify withdrawal under 250EUR because it is an exception.
Of course it can be programmed automatically, maybe they will implement in the future.
