I don't think they have some beef, for me signing the contract for an Exhibition fight was really what Manny Pacquiao is after while Jaber Zayani just really wants to fight Pacquaio just a confirmation if his skills really improve I think this is just a fight to help Jaber Zayani with his career and while getting Jaber Zayani ready for a much upper fight in Zayani's career, and fighting Pacquaio could also mean one thing an Exhibition match surely provide a lot of money, and I think Jaber Zayani is saying that he will not think this fight as an exhibition only fight and will be giving his all is that he truly knows what Manny Pacquiao is really capable off and to hype the fight,

That will make them more hype on this match because it is for a good cause. There could even fans that would just buy a ticket without watching the exhibition match because they want just to help.

I Agree, an exhibition match like this can surely generate a huge sum of profit and money for them, and knowing Pacquiao really likes charity work it could be possible he doesn't hesitate in getting into this fight just to give to the people, but for me, he doesn't need to do such things, if this is to really help out then it is OK but if this could have a hidden agenda or for politics purposed then I really don't like it, in actually I like him as a boxer, an artist and father to his kids, and doing charitable work, or being a senator, but I am against him running for Presidency, for me, he is not really cut to being President,

Probable and probably not, who would probably don't want to settle down with a good record right, but Manny Pacquiao is the one that can answer this, I am just giving my opinion in what I think, even though Manny Pacquiao has some losses I have said that he doesn't want to probably tainted even more his record with losses and I agree he resign because he way passes his prime already and he has had enough, that his body can not handle anymore, and I also think that Exhibition match is way safer that with regular fights,
