I think it would be best to keep discussion in this thread to the essentials only, posting and requoting terms and the like.
The primary purpose of this thread is to record the terms and communicate with the escrow provider.
The escrow provider must monitor this thread. We should keep any impact on their time to a minimum.

Of course feel free to start up another thread or discussion elsewhere and pm me the details if you want me to be aware of it.
The escrow provider and others can follow those discussions if they wish.
