Nope, Other players including whales has no problem withdrawing on the casino right now with much huge balance than Gen. His account just have an issue that makes his case much longer to process than regular KYC application of other user. I really doubt that the casino is having low funds because they still have whale players that actively competing on the hourly, daily and weekly tournaments even the reward decrease significantly.
The team just need to become transparent on what’s going on with his account because it already take too much time to access his account. This is really frustrating on player side because his money is stuck in there.
I have no Problem to wait on the investigation and withdraw but the frustrating thing is that i cant even access the site to play for the hourly/daily/weekly
