What is the trouble if you live in a country where gambling is legal? I don't see any problem about it. That's why for those people who live in a country where gambling is illegal, they shouldn't gambling in the first place, if they really want to gamble, they need to change their nationally first. Moving to other countries where your ID are still on your main country doesn't solve the problem if the casino ask your KYC. Your account might be terminated since you're broke their rules.

I am pretty sure just for gambling anyone would go and change their nationality. Lolz. This is why they are using VPN and working with altered IPs. Definitely it’s not the legal way to get what you want and it might be fun for that user to get some money from the gambling site but the problem is for the gambling site owners. They can not just allow anyone to gamble and if any user is found using prohibited services then they always blame the Gambling sites and it could be troublesome for them. This is why most of the gambling sites and exchangers will take strict actions against such peeps and won’t allow them no matter what amount of money is involved.
