There is no such project but if any new good project is available it will be possible. Keep in mind new projects there will have a lot of risks. Because most of those projects are run by scammers.

Currently there is a coin called bitguard which looks quite potential but looking at its outer style one may consider it meme coin. I saw that their team is quite active and they are working extensively on the development of this token utility. But my doubt is that their circulation is very high. Investing a small amount and keeping it for a long time can be a good decision.

Some of the projects which will grow big in the coming years will be agricultural - earthship projects and airbnb and home based projects
I like those projects which are started with small investment and then they grow bigger with the time
This brings a sense of achievement and satisfaction too
