Agreed but some people may already addicted with gambling. They will be feeling so difficult to not play gambling. I guess they can start to decrease their intensity to play gambling but this might be so hard for them.
You can replace your gambling activites with another activity easily but it seems like there are others who feel so difficult to do that.
I will have the same thought with you and dealing with regulators have become the worst thing that can be done by gamblers. They must try to avoid to deal with regulators

If their is law against gambler by the government, people that are addicted have no choice to stay away from it. Because if their is a law to stop gambling, people who are into the business will stop and customers won't have access to play gamble.
It is not something difficult to do without.
