i think it's mostly because Ajax play really good in the Champions League especially in the last few seasons, it won't be surprising to see them win even with Napoli's incredible performance this season, i mean they are the favorite to win so it's not crazy to see it happen, maybe the bookmakers see something that we don't and they're going to win the match.

It seems like that bookmakers have been seeing based from the track record by any team. Ajax has a better track record in the champion league compared with napoli. It has become the main consideration from the bookmakers. that's why ajax is much more favourable compared with napoli. It's caused by we are always seeing ajax participated in the champion league compared with napoli which has been rarely participating in the champion league caused by how competitive serie a these days is.
